1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at nemanicreations@gmail.com or messaging us on +91 9819463904 with clear photos of the issue.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Bulk or made-to-order items
• Items purchased during sales or special promotions

3. Return Process

If your return request is approved:
• You will be guided through the return shipping process.
• You may need to ship the item back to our warehouse at your own cost, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
• Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
